Dear parents,
This years Christmas parties are almost here and we wish to give you a few reminders.
Dear K1 & K2 families, please prepare a typical home-made seasonal dish to share. Food will be enjoyed in the canteen while children can visit Santa Clause in his home before parents are invited to the theater for a photo story, Sankta Lucia walk of light and Christmas caroling.
This event is non-mandatory to join, but due to the time 15:30, we hope that all parents can join-in, otherwise your child would need to take school bus home/pick-up at regular time 15:30-16:00 and miss the party.
15:20 Arrivals, please prepare a seasonal home cooked meal to place at your class' contribution table along with a recipe card and name tag in the B-level. The school will prepare a light snack and drinks as well, but the spirit of the season is really all of you coming together, to make this wonderful potluck share fantastic.
15:30 Eat in the canteen and mingle. You can visit Santa in the nearby glass-room. Santa will go on walks around the canteen as well to spread holiday cheer.
16:15 Parents are asked to enter the theater to see a holiday photostory, while children get ready outside the doors.
16:20 Sankta Lucia walk of light followed by class performances.
16:40 The hosts of the event kindly ask parents to meet their students back in the class-rooms.
16:45 In the class-room parent games, teachers dances, caroling, dance around the Christmas tree and handing out presents from under the tree will take place.
17:15 Christmas Event will finish.
