Dear parents,
Even though today was one of the most special and exciting days of the 2015/2016 school year, with gentle snow fall and happy children, the risk of more substantial sleet/snow/rain has caused us to
postpone tomorrows Charity Drive, until next week Tuesday, January 26th.
Tomorrow, Friday January 22nd is scheduled as a normal day and school buses will function as normal. Should we be hit by any severe weather, making road situations hazardous the school will close.
As always, in case of any school closure, check the Hui Xin website at 7:00 in the morning for updates at both the front page and news section.
I thank you for your wonderful support, many donations to the Charity Bazaar and believe we will experience an amazing show of support and donations on our new date, next week, Tuesday, January 26th.
Finally, as a school providing services to families where both parents work, we understand the importance of planning early and apologize for any inconvenience this sudden rescheduling of the Charity Drive event might have.
As originally planned for tomorrow, Tuesday the 26th will follow the established Charity Drive event program and buses will not be running on the day.
