On June 16th and 18th the classes at Hui Xin campus celebrated the upcoming traditional "Dragon Boat" holiday by making sticky rice cakes wrapped in palm leaves called "Zong Zi".
We wish to thank parents and grandparents for taking time out of their busy schedule to come and help us and teach us how to make this fun and traditional snack.
It was super exciting, messy & tasty!

Nicely done! That looks like a really tasty sticky rice cake.
It is tricky and can be a bit messy, stuffing wet rice into the palm leaf :).
