2002	Establishment of Suzhou ELFA International Childrens’ Place. It was the most popular preschool among Suzhou expat families.
2006	Relocated ELFA to Bayside and changed its name to Newton. Newton Kindergarten Bayside campus was the first private kindergarten to be licensed to hire foreign teachers in Suzhou.It received the title of Jiangsu Province Outstanding Kindergarten in 2010. Bayside has always known as a warm and energetic campus.
2011	Newton commissioned by the government of Suzhou Wei Ting Town to manage Shang Jun kindergarten. Shang Jun is a low-cost school which keeps the high standards of Newton Kindergarten.
2012	Newton commissioned by Zhangjiagang Education bureau to establish a Newton Kindergarten Zhangjiagang campus. The campus remains a high end school and is known to have excellent facilities and an outstanding international team.
2013	Establishment of Newton Education development company to directly manage Newton kindergartens.
2014	Invested by Newton Education Development Company to develop the Huixin campus as designed by famous Japanese architect, Akio Tushima. It is an environmental conscious and friendly international kindergarten, with kids from 27 different countries and regions.
