Dear parents,
I would like to thank all parents and students for a nice first week at the new campus and thank you for giving us time to adjust services to the new facilities.
This Wednesday, we took new class-photos on the grass area on the playground; the photos are presented on the TV at the entrance and if you bring a USB to school, I will be more than happy to share the little video with you. Next week we will give you print-outs of the class-photos as a reminder of the 1st week at Hui Xin St.
Unfortunately our phone lines are experiencing some technical difficulties; only about 10% of all calls are going through… However, it should be fixed over the weekend and you can reach us through two main phone numbers.
#1: 65075122, #2: 65075125 when you dial us you are prompted to press 0 for personal assistance or dial extension number to reach the management office +8105, accounting +8106 or classes +8 & class number (example K2, 109 = ext. 8109).
Furthermore, small adjustments to the time-tables has been made in order to better facilitate more outside play and incorporate library time and learning centres into the daily routines. You will also find a slight change to the gate-opening time in the afternoon from 15:45-16:25.
On days with rain, strong wind or heavy pollution Pre-nursery and Nursery classes will assemble in the gym-room for morning exercise and afternoon assembly. K1 & K2 classes will be in their respective class-rooms. This week, Thursday the AQI 2.5PM index reached 198 and we followed our procedure for heavy air pollution.

PS. Do not forget that on Wednesday, Oct. 22nd, we will have a fire emergency practice.
