On May 3rd, the Newton Hui Xin kitchen and head chef Mr. Jackie had invited interested parents to come in and learn how to cook a children's favorite "Lasagna".

It was great fun to go through the ingredients and to work as a team to prepare the meat sauce and bechamel sauce before layering the lasagna. Each parent got to make their very own Lasagna, which was baked at campus and brought home. We hope that you enjoyed it and will make delicious baked Lasagna's at home in the future as well.
