01 Prevention measures of COVID-19

1、Wearing masks;
2、Keep social distance;
3、Wash hands frequently and keep good health and hygiene habits;
4、Pay attention to any symptom occurred;
5. If you travel from the high risk area should report to the community and working company actively, ensure health management, and take nucleic acid test.

In order to make good prevention during the holiday, the Provincial Department of Education has released “the Guideline of How to Do a Good Prevention and Control of the Epidemic”, teachers and children are required not to travel across provinces during the holiday . 02 Prevention of autumn infectious diseases

1、It is easy to catch cold in the morning and evening of autumn. Please pay attention to the weather forecast, increase or decrease clothes with the change of temperature, so that the body can gradually adapt to the temperature;
2、Pay attention to family hygiene, disinfect tableware, wash raw fruits, ventilate the house frequently, and prevent infectious diseases;
3、Let children to wash hands before eating and after toilet to prevent diseases from entering the mouth and causing gastrointestinal diseases;
4、Reduce children's time in the public places.

 
03 Pay attention to travel safety

1、Strengthen traffic safety education, help children to learn to abide by traffic rules, do not play on the road, look at the traffic lights when crossing the road, and take the crosswalk when crossing the road;
2、When taking public transportation, people should have civilized comity, and sit firmly on the seats. You can't put your arms and head out of the window without permission;
3、Don't let the children sit in the co driver’s seat, and the infants should be put on the safety chairs, and the children should not be left in the car;
4、Increase children’s self-protection consciousness when having accidents in a public transportation.

04 Pay attention to food safety

1、Eat more fruits and vegetables, do not eat substandard food and junk food;
2、When eating out, you should go to a restaurant with regular and hygienic conditions, and better bring your own children's tableware, avoid using public tableware, and don't let children sit near the aisle or food serving position;
3、When going out, eat less spicy food and try not to eat food on the stall;
4、Do not overeat, prevent indigestion.


05 Pay attention to home safety

1、Do not leave children alone at home;
2、Tell the children not to open the door for strangers;
3、To keep children away from lighters, matches, gas valves, gas tanks, etc., in care of fire;
4、To put scissors, awls and other metal items beyond children's reach, so as to avoid the children being scratched;
5、Do not stack sundries or put chairs on the edge of balcony and window, so as to avoid children climbing and falling accidents;
6、Keep the medicine in a safe place, so as to avoid children take it by mistake;
7、Keep the child away from the patch board and put the electric iron, microwave oven and other electrical appliances out of the children's reach.

 
06 Arrange time reasonably

1、Arrange children's time reasonably, and try to keep consistent with the daily schedule of kindergarten;
2、Go to bed early and get up early, and have a proper lunch break；
3、Strengthen physical exercise and improve body immunity；
4、For children just begin their kindergarten, parents should provide children with opportunities to do things by themselves, and talk more about what happened in kindergartens, so as to avoid emotional instability after long holidays.
