What a better way to celebrate the 2016 Mid-Autumn festival than by making our very own mooncakes?! Children and teachers got their hands messy making red bean mooncakes from scratch. It was so much fun rolling the dough into balls and then smashing it into shape. Everyone did such a good job making these delicious treats that kids were then able to bring home and share with their families.
