Responsibilities:
1.Be in charge of teaching management of kindergarten
2.Assist principal in nursing and teaching management, and planning and organizing events and activities.
3.Be in charge of kindergarten environment and teachers profession development.
4.Be in charge of kindergarten rules and regulations management. Develop teaching standard and teachers’ abilities.
5.Be in charge of supervision of kindergarten’s teaching and education. Promote the high quality education.
6.Other responsibilities.

Qualifications:
1.College diploma in early childhood education and related major. 5 years experience in kindergarten education management. It’s better if you are good at English.
2.Possess the kindergarten teacher certificate and kindergarten principal certificate. It’s better if you have professional titles and honors.
3.Can apply modern education and teaching technology. Have experience in kindergarten teaching management.
4.Know children well. Know physical and psychological features and standards of children aged at 0 to 6.
5.Love the career of early childhood education. Easy-going and approachable. Be positive, have strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
