From December 1
st through the 5
th, our class, pre-nursery 206, had six parents come in to do arts and crafts projects with the students. We created many beautiful Christmas decorations that can now be seen around the classroom, including snowmen, Christmas trees, stars, and reindeer. Our festive projects definitely gave the kids the feeling that Christmas is coming. They were the perfect lead-up to the Christmas party on the 5
th.
The kids had a wonderful time! They enjoyed learning from the “parent teachers”, and also loved the opportunity to get messy and creative. Newton Kindergarten is blessed to have such involved parents. With your help and support, we hope to let our students have an unforgettable school experience. We are so thankful to the parents who volunteered to take part in this project and others. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
