In the afternoon on February 9th, Hui Xin campus management and supervisors along with the head chef and nurse decided to get a little creative with the leftover dumplings made by parents and children at lunch time. The pastry chef and fry chef quickly stirred up 800 delicious fried and crispy dumplings from the leftovers and at the gate parents and grandparents were greeted with smiles, a warm treat and a big "happy new year" from all of us. It has been a great year and a wonderful day. A parent said "A Great Ending", which we believe it was because children was thouroughly proud to share and taste the dumplings that they helped make with their parents and grandparents on the way home!
