At all times, you should follow regulations from the authorities, update your health QR frequently and provide us with a holiday/travel disclosure form in advance, with as much detail as possible.
Be aware, if you or any family member in your household cross a mid-level or high-risk region or if your Health QR change from green you need to inform the school, stay home, keep your child at home and follow guidance by the authorities (28 days temperature check and Covid-19 tests).
In the coming days your teachers will provide everyone with travel disclosure forms, which you must fill out and return to us as soon as possible (also for those staying in Jiangsu province). Should your travel plans change according to the plan you submit, you need to inform your teachers as soon as possible and fill in a new form.
We hope that you are all cooperating with the advisory from the authorities, fully understand the current situation and together with us at school, will do your utmost to ensure that there will not be another round of outbreak and closures.

谨在此通知您，临近春节和中国最繁忙的旅游季节，建议所有家庭和员工非必要不离开江苏省。不管在任何时候，您都应遵守有关部门的规定，经常更新您的苏康码并提前向我园提供一份详细的假期、旅游表。
请注意：如若您的家人或同住人员到过中高风险地区或苏康码改变了颜色请第一时间告知学校；如您的孩子到过中高风险地区则需要待在家里28天并通过4次核酸检测之后才能返校。
在接下来的几天中，班主任将向每位家长提供一份旅游信息表，请务必填写后尽快交至班主任处（即使留在江苏的家长也需填写此表）。如您的旅行计划根据您提交的计划而改变，则需要尽快通知您的老师并填写新表格。
