Dear parents, In accordance with the
requirement of the epidemic prevention and control, we are responsible to keep
track of all students and their families health and movements daily, for the
duration of the Spring Festival and until students return to school. To make
this task manageable, we have set up a daily QR feedback which parents must
fill in and submit before 12:00 on each day of the holiday that your child is
not attending school (please find it below).
During the Spring Festival, and the following weeks after, the messaging
function on the school's Atongmu APP will also be opened in order for you to
reach teachers/school with urgent information relating to epidemic prevention
and your child's wellbeing. We kindly ask for your understanding of the
employee policy of "no use of mobile phones during work hours with
children". Practically, it means that teachers will only be able to reply
parents' messages from 16:00 to 17:00 daily. If you leave a message outside the
specified time, the teachers will reply you the next day. After returning to
school, your child's communication book will be the main form of parent-teacher
communication again.
Please keep everyone safe by not
leaving Suzhou unless absolutely necessary and remember, the last day of school
services is on Friday, February 5th. We thank you for always supporting your

为了便于收集幼儿的健康信息，我们会在寒假期间开放阿童目的留言（交流）功能，感谢您的支持与配合。
当假期结束返校后，我们会继续保留阿童目的留言功能。但同时我们仍然坚持“在上班时间禁止使用手机/社交媒体”的员工守则(2015年制定,以维护员工下班后的私人生活和充分的休息时间,以保证每个工作日能有充沛的精力陪伴孩子们)，所以班级教师会在每天的16：00-17：00集中回复当天的家长阿童目信息，如果您在规定的时间外留言，教师会在第二天回复您。我们希望一切关于幼儿的事项，家园联络本仍然会是您的第一选择。
