Chapter 01: Graduates Arts Exhibition
Creative works of art under the year’s theme “A Wonderful Adventure”!
The creative art exhibition is full of imagination and fantasy. It combines the Summer Concert theme together with our children’s personal journey and growth.
We invite you to dive in and take the time to immerse yourself in the children's magical and wonderfully illustrated tales while appreciating their sense of aesthetics, arts, character and plot.
Chapter 02: Graduation Ceremony
We leap into the future full of great memories!
After about three years at Newton K2 students have become confident, brave and united. Our amazing students opened the graduation ceremony and a new stage of personal growth with an exquisite instrument performance.
At Newton, the sense of ceremony is celebrated and as our K2 students walked onto the stage confidently, all dressed in graduation clothes, they received graduation certificates from the principal along with best wishes and applause for completing their first step in their educational journey.
Newton is a place of harmony and love and on this day parents and teachers shared their blessings with the graduates.
While enjoying the love from parents and teachers in the audience, students sang to their hearts delight and showered the room in love and appreciation through the songs "On My Way" and a special rendition of “So Many People In This World”. The carefully adapted musical pieces concluded our children’s 3 years of kindergarten life and this year’s graduation ceremony.
Chapter 03: Summer Concert
An adventure of love and courage
Following the graduation ceremony the summer concert was a celebratory feast for not just everyone in the audience but also for our combined Newton students and teachers!
“The Wizard of Oz” is a classic children's novel and movie that has influenced children and adults alike for generations. It is also a story about self-discovery and growth.
Newton’s 2023 Summer Concert is based on this classic tale, but rewritten for our children's musical show "A Wonderful Adventure"! It took three months in planning, preparing, rehearsing, making props, filming and recording. With everyone’s love, care and efforts, the grand show came together to a roaring success!

Act 3: Making new friends (K1/K2)
While exploring this magical land, Dorothy meets a group of unique and kind friends who are all in need of something to make them whole: The scarecrow with no free mind, the Tin Man hard as Iron with no heart and the cowardly lion in search of a brave heart. Dorothy brings them all together with her kind heart and shows them the power of friendship as they learn how fun it is to embark on a wonderful adventure together!
Around these colorful main characters, children from foreign K1 and domestic K2, told the classic story in their own unique way and with their own dynamic performances at this year’s musical!

Our fantastic K2 children dramatized both the physical and personal journey of the four friends with courage, love and the power of teamwork!
Finale: Believe in yourself (K2)
As the moral of the story shows, everyone is unique and has their own strengths. Strengths that sometimes seem hidden, but need a friend and adventure to help uncover! At the end of the “Summer Concert” children concluded the event with power, enthusiasm and confidence through the song “What am I!”
In conclusion, whether this is your first or repeated time to enjoy the classic story of “The Wizard of OZ” the values of following your dreams, finding courage, friendship and growing up is true to every child and adult alike.
Although it is hard to say goodbye, we are not afraid! Our students have grown into tall, brave and independent young adults with love in their hearts and light in their eyes.
