Bayside Campus children are investigating the theme “Staying well staying safe” in our English classes.
As part of this, three firemen came to visit our school and bought their big red engine.
The firemen explained that we are all responsible for fire safety and even showed us how to use a fire extinguisher.
One student from each class was able to put on the safety equipment and
go up in the cherry picker that can rescue people up to 55 meters in the
air.
We would like to encourage you to have several discussions with your
children about fire safety and develop an escape plan at home in case of
fire, it can save lives.
Thank you for your support!
