Happy Halloween! Every year on October 31st we celebrate the American holiday of Halloween.
Traditionally this holiday consists of children dressing in costumes and going door to door to trick or treat for candy.
They will often play different games and make spooky crafts. This year to make our Halloween activity more interesting we decided to incorporate a theme to make it more meaningful.
We suggested that children's costumes should be based on their favorite storybook characters. Children were also encouraged to make their costumes themselves and use more recycled materials.
We were happy to see so many cute, funny, spooky and clever costumes from the students. Children were able to show off their clothes in a Halloween costume parade and fashion show.
It was another year of Halloween fun and we are grateful for all who participated!
