In this month's English theme lessons children learned about "Staying Well and Staying Safe". To support the topics in these lessons the kindergarten campus was visited by the LL Dental dentistry business.
The dentist kindly provided a short presentation for each class about the importance of oral hygiene and how to properly care for teeth. The children enjoyed a short video and craft activity to help them understand why brushing and flossing is good for our overall health.
We were happy to bring community members to meet our students and have a visit from a real dentist! We look forward to more events like this in the future.
