This year to celebrate Arbor Day and the beginning of Spring children and teachers helped to plant new flowers in their classroom garden boxes.
Children were taught how turn the soil, dig a hole and gently plant the flowers.
They used spray bottles and watering cans to make sure the plants were will hydrated in their new homes. Now looking through the kindergarten we see fresh flowers and colorful new life. Arbor Day is a good reminder to respect nature and to plant regularly to make a beautiful and healthy environment.
